I have the right to decline your commission if I'm not comfortable with it or don’t feel I could adequately do it.

These commissions at the listed price points are for personal use only.

For personal use, you can upload the finished commission to your blog/page/chatroom with credit and/or a link to my social media, or have it printed into physical media for personal/non-profit use.}

The use of my artwork in any activities relating to the usage, production or training of generative AI images and applications is strictly prohibited.
Seriously, don’t feed any finished commission into generative AI.

I may upload finished commissions to my social media. If you want a private commission (you don’t want me to upload the artwork to my gallery or anywhere else), please tell me. No cost, just tell me!

The purchase is for digital artwork files only, no physical artwork will be sent.

I prefer to have an image reference for your character. Multiple image references for different parts are fine.
^{I can usually take partial image, partial written references, aka a design board, as long as it’s clear.}

Important if you are commissioning with a complex background: Please include as many reference images as you can manage.
^{References for setting type, furniture style, specific furniture, architecture style, specific buildings, specific flora, all are appreciated.
Text explanations can come in addition to images, if there’s more that needs to be clarified.}

All prices listed will be in USD. Payment will be up front.
At this time I can take payments through Paypal or my Ko-Fi.

A general maximum of four characters per canvas/commission.

My typical commission experience:
<sup>- I’ll send you a rough sketch for approval / edits / corrections. If you want any changes to posing, outfit or other harder-to-change details, this is the time to tell me.
- Once the sketch is approved, I will clean and/or color depending on commission type.
- Once I start the final steps, I will only edit major aspects for mistakes on my end, not for anything caused by a lack of communication.
- For Padoru commissions, I'll typically skip sending a sketch and only send the final, but will still correct mistakes if needed.</sup>

I'll try to be timely, but work, life and health issues may pop up.

Turnaround time is usually around 1-4 weeks, barring work/life/health issues.}

Refunds and refund amounts are up to my discretion except as otherwise indicated by law.
